Strict Non-Returnable Policy
Because each piece of Chhondo jewelry is meticulously handcrafted specifically for you, and for hygiene reasons regarding earrings, all our products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging our handcrafted pieces to ensure they reach you safely. However, we understand that transit damage can occasionally occur.
We only offer exchanges if the product is received in a damaged condition from our end. To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following strictly enforced criteria:
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: You must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Reporting Timeline: You must report the damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
How to Claim an Exchange
If you have received a damaged item and possess the unboxing video, please email us at support@chhondo.in or WhatsApp us immediately. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement for the exact same item.
