Dispatch Timelines

Every piece at Chhondo is handcrafted with care. Since our products are not mass-produced, we require 48 hours to prepare and dispatch your order from our workshop.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location within India.

• Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
• Rest of India: 4-5 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders that meet our minimum order value threshold (visible at checkout). For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the exact status of your package.
